    Mike just a quick note of thanks for getting our turkey to us on time last Wednesday.  I’m sure we like most of your customers this year were first time buyers motivated by the media coverage Heritage Turkeys got in early November.  My wife Vera was very excited and I was a bit skeptical.  However, after tasting the dark meat on the Narragansett I’m a complete convert.  The flavor was excellent and the texture fabulous.  Because of the higher volume of dark meat it was easier to regulate cooking time as well. 

 All in all a great experience.  We’ll be back for more.  …  TRUM

Today (Thanksgiving), we tasted our first ever heritage turkey, and we are completely wowed. Please put us down for next year! We had a Bourbon Red, and that would be fine again...or maybe a Naragansett, for "variety."

just wanted you to know that we had our turkey from you last night... all 16 of us + 2 highchair babies thought it was with out a doubt the best turkey we ever had... i had ordered a regular turkey breast from (name withheld) to cook, just in case we needed more white meat.... but it went untouched after a few bites...the taste was so bland and not there after tasting your turkey. there was just enough left over from your turkey for my lunch today... we all had plenty, the white meat was just yummy and perfect and the dark unbelievable.... thank you thank you... you can count on my order for next year. thanks again.

We received our Bourbon Red (perfectly packaged) on the 25. Served at the Thanksgiving feast - It was absolutely delicious. Moist, firm fleshed and yet tender, with a delicate flavor. PERFECT.
